How can I be sure you're legit?

RenewX Peptides accepts payments in CAD ($) via Interac e-Transfer, credit card, and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment instructions will be provided at checkout.

There are no minimum or maximum order requirements to worry about.

Order processing typically takes 2–3 business days, though it may take longer during peak seasons. Once your payment is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your order status within 48 hours. A second email will follow when your order ships, including a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

If you experience issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly through the Canada Post Support Page. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

RenewX Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier mishandling, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any damage, delays, or loss. Please reach out to Canada Post for assistance with delivery-related concerns. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with Canada Post using the tracking number provided.

Yes – for orders over $500, the shipping cost is waived.

We ship from Canada and currently deliver only to Canadian addresses, including PO boxes. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to the US or international destinations at this time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pickups. However, we can ship your order to a pickup location of your choice.
No, we don’t require a signature for delivery unless you specifically request one.
We ship our products nationwide in discreet, carefully packaged parcels. We take every precaution to minimize shipment volume and protect the contents during transit. Our company name or any indication of pharmaceutical contents will never appear on the packaging. If an order is too large for a single discreet package, it will be divided into multiple shipments to maintain a low profile.
You can make changes to your order before payment is sent. Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed. If no payment is received within 2 days, your order will be automatically canceled.
If you realize there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately through our contact form. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. However, if the package has already been sent, it will be lost, as we do not use a return address and cannot retrieve or track misdelivered parcels. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid any issues.

Due to the popularity of certain products, maintaining a surplus inventory that consistently meets high demand can be challenging. Consequently, products may occasionally be listed as “in stock” despite being temporarily unavailable. In such instances, we encourage you to proceed with your orders, which will be queued for fulfillment. While we may not always provide precise restocking timelines, we will communicate any estimated schedules provided by our manufacturers or suppliers. Please note that restocking durations can vary, ranging from as short as 2 days to potentially over 4 weeks, depending on the product. As vendors, we are sometimes subject to the production timelines of our manufacturers. Please understand that purchased back-ordered products are not eligible for immediate refunds due to timing constraints. However, refunds will be considered if a back-ordered product is officially declared discontinued by our manufacturers or suppliers, rendering it permanently unavailable.

We’re proud to offer a low-price guarantee and will gladly match a lower price. If you find the same product for less, email us with the product details. The product must be sold by a reputable, authorized Canadian dealer. We cannot match prices from unverified retailers or international sources.
